Support Independent Type

The German publishing house Slanted published Support Independent Type🔗 in December 2020, edited by Marian Misiak and Lars Harmsen. The book focuses on the phenomenon of typeface specimens and their influence on graphic design. Filip Blažek contributed to the publication with the article Typographic Magazines as Type Specimens, which examines magazines published by typefaces themselves. It starts with the famous magazines U&lc🔗 and Emigre🔗, and ends with TypeNotes🔗, which has recently been discontinued.
