Primarium
The book Primarium – Handwriting education across cultures and continents is the result of years of research by the TypeTogether team on the history and development of handwriting in Latin-script countries. The book is edited by Pooja Saxena and José Scaglione. The publication is part of the Primarium🔗 project of the same name.
The book has a size of 16 × 23 cm, 360 pages, sewn binding with flaps and is printed in colour at the H. R. G.🔗 printing house in Litomyšl. Silver Bindakote paper is used on the cover.
The main part of the book is an introduction to the history of handwritten type in each country, followed by examples of currently used models.
The publication is set with the fonts Aneto and Belarius by TypeTogether🔗.
