Typografia magazine
Typografia magazine was the longest existing Czech magazine. The first issue was published in 1888 and the magazine was published with various interruptions until 2014. Filip Blažek designed a total of three magazine covers, one for the magazine’s centenary in 1997 and two in 2011.

Cover No. 1224 (5/2011) represents cultural diversity around the world. Linda Kudrnovská’s typographic images capture a variety of lettering from Japan, Morocco, Lebanon, Mexico, South Africa, Israel, China, Syria, Cambodia, Iceland, Vietnam, Australia, Singapore, Namibia and other countries


Cover No. 1082 (5/1997) celebrates the centenary of the magazine. The header from the font Dynamo (later renamed DynaGrotesk🔗) was given, its author was František Štorm. The cover of No. 1225 (6/2011) recalls the beauty of typography in Prague’s Vyšehrad cemetery – each letter comes from a different tombstone
